School Coaches - - - Coach - - - if you’re viewing this webpage, it’s likely because you’ve received an invitation to offer your students  FREE Entry into a “Run ENDURO Event™ as a way for us (ENDURO Timing™) to say THANKS for allowing us to be part of your Track & Field and/or Cross Country meets.  We hope we’re able to contine being part of the success of your school events for many years to come. Running ENDURO Events FREE is only available for students.  Parents and others are welcome to enter all of our Run ENDURO Events by going to “www.runenduro.com” to set up an account and pay the entry fee for each race, which is only $10 for students, and $15 for adults.  (A t-shirt is not included with fees.) Greater OKC YMCA - - - Branch Track & Field Coordinators - - - the information above also applies to students who participate in the YMCA spring track program in the following way. --- If a student participated in one or more of the YMCA track meets, he/she is eligible to participate in the Run ENDURO Events for FREE - as well as all other students who live in his/her immediate houhehold. --- Remember - - - students must be entered through your branch’s ENDURO Entries account - the same      way you entered students in the YMCA track meets. Each student MUST bring a signed Parent Authorization to the event to receive a bib. (See below.) The Run ENDURO Event™ that’s available to your students will be listed on the ENDURO Entries™ website. (You’ll need the “Invitation Code” to add the event to your schedule within your ENDURO Entries™ account.) - - - To receive the “Invitation Code”, please contact Brannan Parent at:  brannan@runenduro.com If you have a student that indicates to you that he/she wants to run in the upcoming ENDURO Event (for FREE), all you need to do is;  (A) add the race to your boys and/or girls roster within your ENDURO Entries™ account (Step #2). Then, (B) add your students to the race on Step #3 within your account (as you normally would for a regular school meet).  IMPORTANT NOTE: We MUST have each parent’s permission for his/her student to participate (for FREE) in each Run ENDURO Event™. So, please be sure to provide your students with the following form that their parent MUST sign in order to participate:                                                              PARENT AUTHORIZATION FORM Your students must bring this form to the race and present it at check-in to receive their bib number for the race. That’s all there is to it. (A)  Add the race to your respective roster(s) - - - boys/girls - - - Step #2 within your ENDURO Entries account. (B)  Enter your student in the event - - - as you normally would for school meets (Step #3 within your account). (C)  Make sure your student gets the Parent Authorization Form signed by his/her parent.        Your student must present his /her form at check-in to receive a Bib Number to run in the race.  (No Exceptions.)                                                                 It’s that simple.  - - -   It’s FREE  - - -  It’s our way of saying THANKS! Remember, there are a liminted number of FREE Entries available for students.  You will need the “Invitation Code” in order to add the event to your schedule on Step #2 within your account.
